BEA In Line Filters

BEA In Line Filters

Bea Technologies products are made to conform to International Standards, including VSR-M-S, ASME, ADMK and EN1345 with quality standards to ISO 9001-2000 and CERT-00190-94-AQ-MIL-SINCERT.

BEA Compressed Air in line Filters - the items we sell on this site - are used with confidence and satisfaction by customers worldwide in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage and in all manner of engineering industry applications.

BEA Filters cover the range of compressed air filtration with the 'RB' grade filter reducing oil in air content to 0.1 part per million and the 'RA' grade removing oil content to as little as 0.01 part per million. The 'CA' grade removes vapour and oil content to 0.003 parts per million so is an effective oudour removal filter element.

The complete filters are easy to fit - either using the wall kits (XAS kits) or the wedge kits (XAK) or simply joining together using a siutable threaded nipple.

BEA Repacement Elements

BEA Repacement Elements

The 'RB' and 'RA' elements are normally changed every 12 months unless the compressed air is very oily when a differential pressure of 0.6 bar will indicate a change. 'CA' carbon activated filters are normally changed ever 6 months.

If the element shows a high pressure differential - visable with the optional XAM-100 Differential Pressure Gauge then the filter element has done its job and it should be replaced. Replacing the filter element and maintaining a low pressure differential is cost effective as the loss of pressure will induce the compressor to operate less effectivly so increasing energy consumption.

BEA Drains, Kits and Options

BEA Drains, Kits and Options

The standard drain most commonly used is a XAD-251 float drain that is normally set to operate automatically as long as there is more than 0.6 bar in the filter - with less than 0.6 bar the unit fully opens to release any moisture trapped. This can be altered to semi-automatic so the drain does not open below 0.6 bar and to manual to force a discharge.

there are wall mounting kits and joining kits so the filters can be easily, safely and securely positioned.

Auto drains and 'No Air Loss' drains can also be fitted.
